RETURN POLICY

If you would like to return your purchase, please email within seven days of receiving your item and we will email you further instructions. The item must be sent back unworn. When we receive the item, you will be refunded via e-transfer and you will be notified via email.

KW Jewellery reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way. All packaging must be included in your return. 

The original shipping charge is non-refundable. Additionally, we do not provide return labels; the cost to ship the items for a refund is to be covered by the purchaser wishing for a refund.

REPAIR POLICY

For all repair inquiries, please email karen.wentzel@gmail.com. Please include your name, description of the repair required, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase.

If we are able to repair your piece, we will email you shipping instructions. Repairs take 1-2 weeks to complete depending on the nature of the repair. We will return your repaired item back to you as soon as it is ready and will notify you with an email as soon as it ships.

All repairs are subject to shipping charges.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
